Methods of Payment: KoFi, Paypal, or CashApp.

Pay all upfront or half before the sketch, and half after the piece is finished (Full quality version will not be given until second half is paid).

You will only receive the digital image, no physical copies or prints.

The image will be sent either over email, discord, or google drive.

Commissioning OCs: it is required of you to supply references (pictures of that character). If you don't have references then please let me know and we will discuss the commission.

Other Commissions: If you want drawings of yourself, pets, or anything fan art, then please provide references. References for game characters will not be needed unless you want that character customized differently from their default skin. Overall, just always give me pictures of what you want something to look like, and it will help direct me to your desired piece.

We will agree upon a deadline (If needed). It usually takes me under a week to finish an average character commission.

I will be sending progress pictures in case you want me to change, add, or fix anything. I allow major changes at the start, and only minor changes once I hit the coloring/shading stage.

If you specifically don't want me to send progress pictures to you, or want it to be a surprise then let me know.

As the artist of the commissioned work, I am allowed to use the art for personal use such as posting it on my social media, using it for my portfolio, and use it as an example for commissions and speedpaints (unless you request that you want this to be private).

I have the right to decline a commission request if I am unable or uncomfortable to draw it.

Keep in mind that I specialize in character drawings. I am not proficient in subjects such as complex backgrounds, mechs/vehicles, and realistic animal anatomy. Otherwise, I am open to drawing anything.

I do allow sexual/NSFW requests for only fictional characters

I will NOT draw any hateful content.

You are Allowed: Personal use of the piece, post the work on social media (must credit me), and print it (as long as you do not sell it).

You are NOT allowed to: Claim the art as yours, remove or modify my watermark, or profit off my art in any way.
